Statement

I consider myself a full-time visual consumer. I have explored various artistic languages, recognizing myself in sculpture, in engraving and mainly in photography. In it, I restructure a new dimension and become an architect of faces. I assemble photographs to find another truth. Photography is an illusion, a fictional reality. The guiding thread of my work is the construction of portraits and own identities. Each individual in his constant becoming led me to think about the fragility, structure and meaning of the body, as skin, as flesh, as deformable and modifiable figure. A political being, a son of his environment, of violence, of his own existential being, I am not talking about someone in particular, is any being that I see, that I am.
